Aitakute Aitakute - Kana Nishino

Tracks:
1. Aitakute Aitakute
2. LOVE IS BLIND
3. Grab Bag

Review:
Kana’s last single was amazing so it was interesting to hear that she had another single, and so soon too. Anyway Aitakute Aitakute is yet another amazing ballad in her discography. That being said this song sounds so depressing, there’s a sense of melancholy that accompanies this song. Despite that it’s an impressive song, that’s quite catchy at the same time. The muffled vocals were enjoyable, as were the beats. Another splendid title track.

Far more edgy and up-beat is the infectious LOVE IS BLIND. It’s another amazing track that’s more dance oriented and more infectious. It’s extremely catchy and such, my only problem is that the song sounded a tad too repetitive at times, a little more variety and it would’ve been perfect. Although Grab Bag is more of Kana’s style, I don’t it suites her all that much. It seems to lack any god rhythm or anything decent. The beats and music is so choppy that it makes you go “what the????” It’s not remotely catchy or decent, a failure in all senses of the word.

Basically another awesome single, and she’s releasing another album soon too! I wish the song were more up-beat, cause after BEST FRIEND and Dear…/MAYBE we need something to liven the mood up. But she still delivered a superb single. It’ll be interesting to see if this will reflect the mood of to LOVE.

I just got an update today in terms of jmusic. Ayu will be releasing a new single on July 14th entitled Moon/Blossom. I hope these songs are more of a step up after her previous single You Were…/Ballad.

If you ask me, I think moon has more of a stronger climax than a lot of the songs from Rock n’ Roll Circus. I hope that the next album will be much better.

I think Ayu has a few more catchy pop tunes left in her. Lets just hope for a better future with her music.
