About
Welcome to my blog. First of all I’m a big fan of Japanese music, hence the purpose, which is to review Japanese music and news. My favorite artist is Utada Hikaru, who sang the song “Simple And Clean” and that’s what really got me hooked on Japanese music. The blog is named after a mixture of Utada’s two songs Stay Gold and Hikari, so Gold Hikari would mean Gold Light, corny yes but I can’t change the site now. As for the reviewing part. Now I will review a lot of singles and albums but it will take time. I review at least one single a day, or one album a day, on the weekday. As for weekends, well that’s different, it might be 1 a day or 5 a day, just depends on what I have to do.
Also a special thanks to the owner of Japanese Princess and Music Pixels for having such a great collection of scans, that make my reviews look more appealing.
* If I provide any download links, they’ll be promos or radio rips. Please support the artists by ordering from online sites or purchasing the music on itunes etc. And if I provide the links, please delete them within 24 hours, this’ll save you and me from trouble. Hello! About your question, a friend made the banner for me and he uses Photoshop. But when I make my own banners (like that BoA one), I normally use Paint Shop Pro.
OMG the first thing that comes to my mind after I saw your blog name is Hikki’s songs! the second thing is her name Hikaru~its a cool name!!!
